Celebrate the Peace and Joy of Christmas

You Are Warmly invited

The angels announced,

Do not be afraid, for I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all people.

They sang,

Glory to God in the highest, and on earth, peace, good will toward mankind

We often struggle to find peace in our lives. The world is full of unrest and turmoil. This is why God’s Son, Jesus, came into this world. He experienced all unrest and sadness to redeem us and bring true peace and joy. To celebrate these gifts, Beautiful Savior Ev. Lutheran Church invites you to join us at our Christmas services this year.

Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 2605 NW 13th Street, Corvallis, OR.

Our Location

We are conveniently located off Walnut Ave near Winco. Our address is:

2605 NW 13th St., Corvallis

What to expect:

You can expect a warm welcome and reverent and relevant worship. Our message will be Christ-focused and biblical.

Our services are about an hour long, and you will be given time before and after to reflect on what you see and hear. You may sit wherever you like.

  • Beautiful Savior Lutheran is a liturgical church. We follow an order of service with Bible readings, prayers, songs, and canticles. The service is easy to follow and conveniently printed in our service folder. The hymns are sung from our hymnal. The music is accompanied by both piano and organ.

  • You are our invited guest. We require nothing of you. Come as you are. Sit where you would like. You can sit and listen quietly or sing loudly (even if you can’t carry a tune.) We are happy you are there.

  • All our events are free. Although an offering is gathered, no guest are asked to give, nor will we ever put pressure on you to give. Our members give to support our ministry, and your presence is gift enough for us.

  • No, we have plenty of room. We encourage you to be on time or even a little early; however, you will be just as welcome if you are running a few minutes late.

  • Yes, children are welcome at every service at Beautiful Savior. Some children may fuss, but we are used to this and consider their commotion a “joyful noise”. We do have a cry room with a video of the service so that you can calm your child if needed. It is also a private place for a mother to nurse her baby.

  • As a small congregation, our greeters and members will know that you are a visitor; however, you will not be singled out or expected to introduce yourself. You are free to sit with one of our members who can help you understand our service, or sit on your own to observe. Our pastor will likely introduce himself. If you enjoy our service and its message, you may fill out a connect card to learn more and speak with the pastor.

  • Clothing. We don’t have a dress code. Some of our men will be wearing suits and ties, others slacks and a button down shirt or polo. Some of our women will be wearing dresses, others nice pants and sweaters. Some may be in jeans and a sweatshirt or t-shirt. Wear whatever you are comfortable in.

  • Beautiful Savior has a large parking lot and ample street parking if needed. We also have accessible bathrooms. Hearing assistance is available on request. Large print service folders are also available to those with weak vision.
