The presiding minister for the service is WELS' President Mark Schroeder and assisting minister is WELS Vice-President Jim Huebner. The preacher is President Earle Treptow of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. The service will take place at the WLS chapel with less than ten people in attendance physically, but with, God-willing, tens of thousands united around the gospel.
